Passwords expire after 90 days within the Client Portal. When you attempt to log in after 90 days with the same password, you will receive an error message stating "Username or password is incorrect".
Follow these steps to update your password. Click on "Forgot Password" under the "Sign In" button:
- Enter your username to reset your password and select "Reset Password"
- The following screen will confirm the reset password button was selected:
- You will receive the following email. For security reasons, it will not state that your password expired. Please note that the link expires within 4 hours. If you attempt after 4 hours, you will need to request a new password link.
- Click on the "Reset Password" link in the email. A browser window will open for you to set your new password.
- Your new password must meet the following requirements. Once they have been met, the red icons will turn green:
- Once you select "Submit", you will return to the login screen:
